Power Plant light exhibition

As part of the Sydney Festival, an array of light and sound sculptures are being displayed at the Chinese Garden at Darling Harbour. The light displays are varied, but the sounds are mostly strange and ghost-like.  There is also liberal use of smoke, adding to the eerie atmosphere.

Unfortunately, due to the crowds, and the narrow pathways, tripods and flashes were not allowed.  In fact, it was generally difficult to walk at a pace faster or slower than the rest of the crowd!  I would not recommend going if your purpose is for photography.
